These Terms of Use (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you (including, if applicable, any legal entity which you represent or act for) (collectively, "you" or "User") and AIH, together with its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, "AIH," "us," "we," "our," or "Company"). These Terms govern your access to, and use of, Company websites (the "Site"), Company mobile applications (the "APP"), hardware and software devices that we make available ("Devices"), and any services, applications, software, features, content, websites, and/or linked pages, offered from time to time by the Company (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, by clicking "I accept," or by installing or downloading the APP on your mobile device, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as they may be amended by us from time to time.
Important
THESE TERMS CONTAIN A BINDING ARBITRATION PROVISION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER. Please read these Terms along with our Privacy Policy. Your use of the APP, Site, or Services shall be deemed your consent to be legally bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference herein.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately and apply to all access to and use of the Services thereafter. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. The Services include information regarding the Company and other content such as contact information, videos, text, logos, images, data compilations, links, technical data, documentation, know-how, specifications materials, designs, algorithms, interface, GUI, interactive features, and other features obtained from or through the Services (collectively, "Our Content"). AIH Services
Our AIH Services offer an innovative digital solution that utilizes sophisticated devices (hardware) and software, and individual support designed to increase engagement.
AIH Posture Services
The AIH APP offers tracking of your posture while using our AIH sensor device and enables you to subscribe to receive content, optional exercises, articles, questionnaires, and recommendations.
NOTE
The AlH Posture Services serves as a record of your posture and are designedas a tool to assist you in understand your wellbeing but are not intended to replace consultation with a qualifed professional.
Security Measures
Security Safeguards
We promise to ensure the security of your personal information. To prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or similar risks, we have implemented reasonable physical, electronic, and management measures and processes to protect the information we collect from your mobile device and AIH website. We will take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information.
All your personal information is stored on secure servers and is protected in controlled facilities. We classify your data based on importance and sensitivity, and ensure that your personal information has the highest level of security. We ensure that employees and third-party service providers who access this information to help provide you with products and services have strict contractual confidentiality obligations. Failure to fulfill these obligations will result in disciplinary action or termination of cooperation. Similarly, we have specialized access control measures for cloud-based data storage. In summary, we regularly review information collection, storage, and processing practices, including physical security measures, to prevent unauthorized access and use.
We will take all feasible measures to protect your personal information. However, you should be aware that the use of the internet is not always secure, so we cannot guarantee the security or integrity of any personal information when transmitted over the internet.
What You Can Do
You can play a role in protecting the security of your personal information by not disclosing your login password or account information to anyone (unless authorized by you). AIH is not responsible for any security breaches that occur due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your personal information. Despite the provisions mentioned above, if there is any unauthorized use of your account by other internet users or any other security breaches, you must notify us immediately. Your cooperation will help us protect the confidentiality of your personal information.
Retention Policy
We will retain personal information as long as necessary to achieve the purposes for which information is collected, or as required by applicable laws or regulations, or as allowed. Once it can be reasonably inferred that retaining personal information no longer serves the purpose of collecting personal information, and when it is no longer necessary for legal, dispute resolution, enforcement of our agreements, or other business purposes, we will no longer retain personal information or eliminate the means by which personal information is associated with specific individuals.
You Can Control Your Information

AIH acknowledges that everyone's privacy concerns are different. Therefore, we provide examples of various ways AIH offers for you to limit the collection, use, disclosure, or processing of your personal information and control your privacy settings:
• Turn on or off user experience programs and location access.
• Log in or log out of AIH accounts.
• Turn on or off other services and features that process sensitive or personal information.
If you previously consented to the use of your personal information for the above purposes, you can change your decision at any time by contacting us in writing or by sending an email to info@aihnet.com.
Access, Update, or Correct Your Personal Information
You have the right to request access to and/or correction of any personal information we hold about you. We usually provide these services for free, but we reserve the right to charge reasonable fees for your data access requests.

Withdraw Consent

Please note that withdrawing consent may have certain legal consequences. Depending on the extent to which you withdraw consent for us to process your personal information, this may mean that you cannot enjoy AIH's products and services.
Account Deletion
You can request the deletion of your account by sending an email to info@aihnet.com. Upon receiving your application email, we will provide you with instructions for account deletion, and you can follow the instructions to delete your account. Before deleting your account, we will verify your account information. You understand and agree that the act of deleting your account is irreversible. Once you delete your account, we will delete your personal information, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations.
Privacy Policy Updates
We will regularly review our privacy policy to reflect changes in our information practices. We may update this privacy policy to reflect changes in our information practices. If we make significant changes to this privacy policy, we will publish them on the AIH website or notify you via mobile devices so that you can understand what information we collect and how we use it. Protecting the privacy of the users is a core principle of the “AIH” service APP. The “AIH” APP's operators guarantee not to disclose or provide individual user registration information and non-public content stored within this APP to third parties, except under the following circumstances:

• To safeguard the interests of the public
• To protect the legitimate rights and interests of the APP
Before accepting the services provided by AIH, users are urged to read this disclaimer carefully. If a user disagrees with any of the terms, they can opt not to use the APP. By using this APP, users voluntarily agree to the following principles and to comply with the APP's governance.
• AIH assumes no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages incurred by users from utilizing the network services, except in cases where the APP breaches laws, regulations, or the terms of this agreement.

• AIH is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to damage to users' software or hardware or data loss, resulting from the use or inability to use the APP's services.
• AIH is not responsible for the deletion or storage failure of user-posted information. The APP actively employs data backup and encryption measures to ensure user data safety but is not responsible for data loss or leaks due to unexpected factors.
• AIH does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of external links provided for user convenience, nor the truthfulness, accuracy, or completeness of any information, content, or advice obtained from the APP. Users or third parties should verify such information and exercise caution. The APP assumes no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or responsibilities for actions or transactions not directly related to the APP, regardless of the reason.
• If a user violates the APP's terms or agreement and thereby breaks U.S. laws, the user bears all consequences. The APP assumes no liability.
• Before using any advice or information provided by the APP, users are strongly advised to seek a physician's counsel. The information offered by the APPis merely a record of your wellbeing and should only be used as a reference. You should seek professional doctor's opinion and advice.
